All documents, emails, contracts, correspondence, notes related to *the selection of HR investigation contractors by Employment Security Department* for the past year. Please include all HR investigation contracts executed in the past year.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

1) Shortly after this email I will send you an encrypted email with records attached. The email will have a *key in the subject line. You will need to register to open the email and access the records. It is being sent via encrypted email because our email security system will mistakenly identify SSNs in the records (there is no SSNs or confidential information in the records).
2) Other option - You can reply and inform me to send the records on a disc via postal mail.
