Dear Mr. Rodriguez,

Your public disclosure request was assigned to me. Before I can acknowledge it, I would like to clarify the request.

We fulfilled several requests for Mr. Lindblom and other journalists for the Seattle Times. We have no knowledge what specific "Documents, emails and data" Mr. Lindblom used to write the article you are referring to. Perhaps, you could ask him and let us know which PDR would be the one you need?

Or you could specify the topic of the documents, emails, etc. you are interested in to use and we can find the records you want. Also, please provide the time frame of your request.

It would be easier for us to find responsive records with more details from you. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Ms. Bakhareva,

Thank you so much for the response and these documents.

I've tried logging into the site a few times now, across multiple computers and browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and have been unable to login.

Can you confirm that these credentials are now live? And that the documents are accessible?

Thank you again for your continued patience and I look forward to any help you can provide.

Ms. Bakhareva,

There seems to be some trouble with the logging into the site. Since your last email I have attempted to login from multiple machines in various locations, and verifying the results on computers in multiple states.

I now feel certain stating that the credentials you've offered are not currently functioning.

Is providing new credentials possible? Or burning a CD/DVD with the materials?

Please advice as soon as you are able.

Thank you for your continued cooperation.

Dear Mr. Rodriguez,

I put the files into a different folder. Please go to: https://sftp.wsdot.wa.gov

Please use:
Username = SFTPGreen
Password = EwCUdb6K

Let me know if this works. I can also check with our IT specialist on Monday.

Another option would be to upload to an FTP site that you may have. The files are too big to email. Burning to DVD is possible, but you will have to send your payment first. So it will take longer time to get the records.

Sincerely,

Elena

Hi Elena ,

Switching folders appears to have worked. I've gone ahead and downloaded the files.

Thanks so much for your help with this request! I really appreciate it.

Hello Mr. Rodriguez,

I am glad that it worked out. I don’t know why the first folder did not work for you when it worked for me. But anyway, I am happy that we were able to provide you with the records that you requested.
