Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

• Any and all information related to complaints filed against Amazon Care related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against Amazon Halo related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against Haven Healthcare related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against One Medical related to consumer privacy and data breaches.
• Any and all information related to complaints filed against PillPack related to consumer privacy and data breaches.

If my request fails to reasonably describe the records, please contact me at this email or 201-407-5582.

If there are any fees for copying the records requested, please supply the records without informing me if the fees are not in excess of $50.

If you take the position that the above-described public records are not open to public inspection under the Freedom of Information Act, please explain the basis for your position and identify any statute, rule of law or other authority upon which you rely.
