We anticipate it may take up to another 35 days from the date of this notification to provide your with the second installment of responsive records. Additional time is required due to the current amount of agency record requests, the volume of potentially responsive records, to notify involved parties, and to prepare records for dissemination without causing disruption to the essential functions of the agency (RCW 42.56.100).
