From the Washington State Patrol (WSP), the following ALPR data for calendar year 2017:

(1) Number of vehicles equipped with ALPR systems within the State Patrol’s fleet
(2) Number of license plates captured with ALPR systems
(3) Number of crime related vehicles located using the ALPR system
(4) Number of non-criminal queries, such as attempts to locate a missing endangered person

And the following current information:

(5) All policies, guidelines, manuals and/or instructions on department use of ALPR.
(6) Make and model of ALPRs in use by the WSP.
(7) A list of all agencies with which the WSP is sharing ALPR data.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
