Pursuant to the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act of 1974, D.C. Code Ann. § 2-531 et seq. ("D.C. Act"), I hereby request the following records:

A complete copy of Washington, D.C. Parking Enforcement Management Administration training manuals. This manual is titled "Parking Enforcement Branch Training Manual" and its four parts were formerly available at the following links:
