Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Public reports show that rideshare companies such as Uber and Lyft have not provided their drivers with adequate restrooms and cleaning facilities (https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/xgq4n7/uber-and-lyft-drivers-have-a-simple-request-clean-bathrooms). Therefore, we request the following records from all airports in your jurisdiction:

1) All rules, regulations, presentations, PowerPoint files, flyers, signs, and other guidance about the use of airport facilities, restrooms, and handwashing stations by rideshare and taxi drivers (Uber, Lyft, Via, black car companies, etc.).
2) A copy of all complaints, suggestions, emails, or other communication about restrooms your airport that mention “rideshare,” “driver,” “taxi,” “Uber,” “Lyft,” “Via,” "ride-hail," "dispatch," "TNC," "for-hire vehicles," and "black car".
3) Contracts with any temporary restroom manufacturers or servicers.
4) Any photos or videos taken by the authority or submitted to the authority of restrooms and hygienic facilities intended to be used by rideshare drivers.
5) Cleaning records for bathrooms used by rideshare drivers. Health inspections associated with these bathrooms.
6) Any communications, including emails, text messages, formal and informal agreements, and contracts with employees or representatives of Uber, Lyft, Via, about restroom and facility use by their employees, contractors, or rideshare partners.
7) Any internal deliberations, emails, presentations, meeting notes about the above issues.

The requested files will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE Media's science and tech site (www.motherboard.vice.com).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Ms. Gurley, On behalf of Freedom of Information OfficerPhillip Husband and in response to your recent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)request for information on restroom facilities offered to rideshare companies at airports located in the District of Columbia, theDepartment of Health responds that there are no commercial airports locatedwithin the District.  Accordingly, the Department does not have anyinformation that would be responsive to your request.  . This e-mail constitutes my final response onbehalf of the Department of Health concerning your FOIA request.  No FOIAfees are due for this response. Please know that, under D.C.
