All records of transfers made to the general revenues of the District of Columbia from the D.C. Correctional Industries Fund, established by the District of Columbia Correctional Industries Establishment Act, during the period from January 1, 2000 through the date this request is processed.

This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

The Correctional Industries Fund was established in 1964 and was terminated effective May 8, 1996. Thus, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia does not have the information that you requested.
