I request that I be properly classified as a media requester. I am a reporter who has written numerous articles on topics of public interest for Responsible Statecraft, the Daily Beast, the Asia Times, the National Interest, Reason Magazine, America Magazine and the Armenian Weekly, and I am requesting these documents in an editorial capacity. Please contact me if you have any questions about my media status.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

This responds to your attached Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request of March 23, 2021 to the DC Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking ("DISB" or "Department"). A RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST IS ADDRESSED AS FOLLOWS: The Department is not aware ofany responsive documents in relation to your request.
