To whom it may concern,

I am requesting the body-cam video release for officers Benjamin Velez (#6631) , Mark Lee (#6141) , Robert Wingate Robinson (#7634) and any other officers who responded to the scene of Event # 16113797 which started/ was reported on July 10, 2016 at 4:20 a.m./ 7:10 am on the Southwest corner of W. St. and Flagler pl. NW. The victim in this event/crime was Seth Conrad Rich. The responding officer was Jody O'Leary (#7859).

This information was found through a Public Incident Report CCN#16113797 from the Metropolitan Police Department. The Public Incident Report claims the officers listed above had body cameras when responding to the event.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
