Seth Rich Body Camera Footage [DC Metro Police]

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act of 1974, D.C. Code Ann. § 2-531 et seq. ("D.C. Act"), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all footage recorded by the body cameras of officers Robert Wingate Robinson (#7634), Benjamin Valez (#6631), and Mark Lee (#6141) while responding to event #16113797 on July 10, 2016 at 4:20-7:10 in the Fifth Disctrict / 501 at the intersection of Flagler and W St. NW.

Existence of this body camera footage was previously released in the event's Public Incident Packet, available online here: https://www.muckrock.com/foi/file/97664/embed/

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
