Senator Pat Toomey PETITION for a Joint Congressional Hearing on Microwave Assaults on U.S. Citizens

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the DC Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

We need your help with a very big problem. I posted a petition, listing all our elected officials and lawmakers (and our unelected Justices, CIA, FBI and FCC agencies), to draw attention to a new technology that has become ubiquitous and has been co-opted and is being misused. It is microwave radio frequency directed energy. This technology has become the newest method to control people, to silence them.

We would like to arrange for a joint congressional hearing on this horrific technology, as was held when the same happened to our United States diplomats posted in Havana, Cuba, as there are a lot more people than just the diplomatic corps experiencing this clandestinely pulsed, high-power microwave radiofrequency directed energy.

The pulsed microwave radiofrequency radiation through-wall RADAR has become an intimidation and bulling device on steroids, to modify behavior and to force compliance by terrorizing a person with pain, with the intent to incite, provoke and aggravate, and designed to humiliate and shame.
