Look out for those in need this winter. When the temperature or wind chill is 32°F or below, the District issues a Hypothermia Alert. For assistance during an Alert: call the Shelter Hotline at 1-800-535-7252 or 311. Or, send an email to the Shelter Hotline (uposh@upo.org).

I can be reached at [redacted].

Thanks much!

Thank you Mr. Schmidt. I just tried to reach you. Is there a more appropriate time for me to call?

From: Kevin Schmidt

We spoke on the phone on Jan. 13, 2014 and you said you may not have any responsive records. Just want to confirm that you did not find anything in your office. I have put a separate request into the City Administrator's office as you suggested.

Thanks

From: Devillier, Mikelle L. (EOM)

Mr. Schmidt-

Thank you for your patience. To date I have received no indication that responsive documents have been located by the Office of the Chief Technology Officer ("OCTO") on behalf of your FOIA request received by the EOM.

I have inquired with OCTO again today and was informed that I should have final search results from them late next week.

Once I receive this information from OCTO I will be able to update you in terms of the status of your request.

Sincerely,

Mikelle

Hi Mr. Schmidt:

I spoke with a representative from OCTO today and was just told that I should have notice of the search results on Tuesday.

I apologize for the delay, however once the search is entered into OCTO I too have to await their findings before proceeding.

I am looping in Karen Andre who is now assisting me with FOIA.
Thanks,

Mikelle L. DeVillier

Hi Mr. Schmidt:

I am no longer at the EOM and do not have access to documents, if any, to prepare a response for you. Unfortunately I have not been with the EOM since January but a designee FOIA Officer was identified to process FOIA requests in my absence.

As you have likely surmised, what was expected to be a temporary move has become permanent.

As such, Karen Andre has been identified as the FOIA Officer for the EOM and she should respond to your inquiry.

Sincerely,
Mikelle
