To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act of 1974, D.C. Code Ann. § 2-531 et seq. ("D.C. Act"), I hereby request the following records:

Any and all reports regarding the murder of Nabra Hassanen on June 18th, 2017 – this includes but is not limited to, incident and investigation reports.

In addition, I request the arrest report for Darwin A. Martinez Torres who was charged in connection to Hassanen’s death on June 19th, 2017.

Finally, I request any and all current hate crime policies and investigation procedures generated or adopted by the Metropolitan Police Department.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
