Hi Mrs. Price,

I believe male with a helmet number of 497. I have included a picture if that would help. Thank you!

Good morning Mr. Waltman,

As a follow up to the final response that was sent to you, please note that after review it has come to my attention that your letter contained typos.

Your letter stated, "We have determined that the requested records pertain to an open investigation and an arrest by the Metropolitan Police Department". To clarify, the part of the statement that mentions an arrest made by MPD, does not pertain to your request. My apologies for an miscommunication this may have caused.

Thank You,

Ms. Price

Good Evening Mrs. Price,

I understand completely, no worries at all. My question now is what is the exemption being used to withhold this body cam footage. If an active investigation does not apply, can I receive that footage?

Sincerely,
Curtis Waltman

Good morning Mr. Waltman,

As a follow up to the email below, there is an active investigation. However, I cannot confirm or deny if an arrest was made. Therefore, footage is not viewable at this time.

Thank You,

Chaquonna
