This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Incident reports regarding the following individuals arrested during president Donald Trump's inauguration:
-Matt Hopard, Shay Horse, Aaron Cantu, Jack Keller, Alex Rubenstein, and Evan Engel
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This e-mail is in response to your request for incident reports for the individuals named below who were "arrested during president Donald Trump's inauguration."
The Freedom of Information Act Office does not process requests which seek only a Public Incident Report (formerly known as Form PD-251) or a Traffic Crash Report (formerly known as Form PD-10).
Effective February 15, 2016, such requests are fulfilled only by the Public Documents Section of the Police Services Division, Corporate Support Bureau. Public Incident Report(s) and Traffic Crash Report(s) may be requested by email, in-person, and by mail. For information on how to request Public Incident and/or Traffic Crash Reports, please go to http://mpdc.dc.gov/node/186832. If you have any questions, please contact the Public Documents Section of the Police Services Division, Corporate Support Bureau at (202) 727-4357.
