Hello

The City of Warren does not use any software to create RFP's, ITB's, We do publish our bid documents through the BidNet (MITN) system.
We also publish RFQ's through the same system and, most of the time, use their interactive tools to create the RFQ.

There is no cost to the City

I am working at home due to COVID-19 so I do not have access to the last contract commencement period, but my guess is within the last two years.

We manage our RFP's, etc in house and do not rely on outside assistance.

We are happy with the BidNet system and the way we currently create, publish and manage bids, and are not looking to change our methods at this time.
