Hi,
I am responding to your Public Records Act request dated June 28, 2020 and received on June 30, 2020. Given that the records requested are substantial in number and are possibly located across multiple departments, gathering them will take more than ten business days. In addition, some potentially-responsive documents are privileged and each document needs to be assessed accordingly. We anticipate being able to produce all non-privileged responsive documents on or before July 15, 2020.

Should you have any questions regarding the above, please feel free to contact me at (925) 943-5883.

Thank you,
Mardy

Good morning,

This is a follow-up response to your Public Records Act request dated June 28, 2020 and received on June 30, 2020.

An email correspondence search and subsequent review for any emails that may contain the keywords "kike" or "globalist" between the dates June 24 2017 and June 24 2020 has been completed.

No emails were located which contained the keyword “kike”.

There were 78 emails which contained the term “globalist”. After reviewing these emails, it was discovered that the term “globalist” was a term used by a hotel loyalty program, named the “World of Hyatt/Loyalty Program”. Employees received an email communication containing this term when reservations were made and accommodation were confirmed at a Hyatt-owned hotel for training seminars and/or conferences. No further references to the term were found.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.
