WACO situational awareness bulletins re: outlaw motorcycle gangs

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:

Any situational awareness documents regarding outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs), including but not limited to the Bandidos and the Cossacks, between 2005 and the date this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for getting back to me. I've attached a couple such Situational Awareness Bulletins which have been published on other topics. The one for Occupy Austin was released in response to a public records request submitted by The Austin Chronicle to the Austin Police Department (see http://www.austinchronicle.com/news/2014-08-29/aric-and-privacy/). I seek similar bulletins as WPD may have regarding outlaw motorcycle gangs.

Please let me know if this is sufficient clarification as to the documents I am requesting.
