Could we please obtain any criminal records for Fabian Matthew Montoya with DOB 10/6/1995 and Madison Taylor Dekle with DOB August 21, 1997? Also, any outstanding warrants for either party?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please be specific on the record you are looking for.  You can not use the word "any" when asking for criminal records.  Also, we would not be able to release warrant information on active warrants only specific warrants that have already been served.

Good morning, Shelly
Each of them has a citation with the Waco Municipal Court and both citations do have warrants on them.  They are class C misdemeanor citations that were issued in 2020.
