Volusia County Public Safety Assessment-Court

Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

This request concerns the Volusia County Circuit Court's use of the Public Safety Assessment-Court (PSA-Court) system. It is supplementary to the request filed by Michael Morisy on September 28, 2016.

I am requesting the following records related to the above program:

Any correspondence regarding the selection and implementation of the PSA-Court system. This includes correspondence in the form of emails, email attachments, paper letters, and any other form of correspondence. It includes

Correspondence between any employees, staff or officials of the Volusia County Circuit Court and any other organization or outside vendor, including but not limited to the Arnold Foundation.

Internal correspondence between employees, staff, and/or officials of the Volusia County Circuit Court.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
