Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- All documents outlining subsidies or other funds related to Amazon's Arlington location
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

It is possible to narrow this request and specify exactly what you would like to have? This topic has been mentioned and/or referenced on numerous occasions and has been the subject of press releases. To search for "all documents" would take a minimum of 10 hours and probably more. We bill our administrative time at the rate of $25.00 per hour. If we can narrow the request to something specific such as a document with certain information, we could save you some of the search time cost and then if you have any follow up requests we can handle those as they arise. In response to your revised Freedom of Information Act request dated August 9, 2019, please be advised that there is no agreement, memorandum of understanding, or a final distribution plan with regards to VHDA's commitment to addressing housing needs in Northern Virginia. I have attached a merge document that VHDA sent to several individuals that summarizes our activities to date to support housing in relation to Amazon's second headquarters.
