Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- The number of full-time outsourced* workers on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus
- The number of part-time outsourced workers on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus
- The number of full-time outsourced workers on VCU’s Medical Campus
- The number of part-time outsourced workers on VCU’s Medical Campus
*i.e. on-site workers contracted through an external vendor such as Aramark.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Ms. Reed,
The requested records do not exist in aggregate form. However, VCU Human
Resources advises that there are 1,975 workers contracted through external
vendors such as Aramark as of Monday, January 18, 2021 in the Banner HR
system. Because they are not VCU employees, VCU cannot provide data as to
how many are full-time or part-time. Further, Banner does not indicate on
which campus the person works. Thank you.
