* Annual teacher retention data for City of Richmond Public Schools for fall 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that the Virginia Department of Education has not
collected the data for the fall 2020; therefore, we cannot provide
retention rates from the 2019-2020 to the 2020-2021 school year. The last
retention rate would be from 2018-2019 to 2019-2020.

The 2020-2021 IPAL data is due in February 2021. Once VDOE has completed
its review of that data, then reports can be generated accordingly. QA is
targeted to be completed in spring of 2021.
