Thanks for your request. Per Virginia Code § 2.2-3704 (A)<https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title2.2/chapter37/section2.2-3704/>, VOF requires you to provide your legal address, and also to confirm that you are at least one of the following:

--A citizen of the Commonwealth of Virginia;
--A representative of a newspaper or magazine with circulation in the Commonwealth; or,
--A representative of a radio or television station broadcasting in or into the Commonwealth.

In addition, because our staff may have limited access to offices during the COVID-19 state of emergency, we are not sure it will be practically possible to provide the requested records or to determine whether they are available within the five-work-day period. Therefore, we may need an additional seven work days to fulfill the request, as permitted under Virginia Code § 2.2-3704 (B.4)<https://law.lis.virginia.gov/vacode/title2.2/chapter37/section2.2-3704/>.
