Proposed Lee Monument Rules Testimony and Comments

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- All submitted comments or testimony received regarding proposed changes to rules surrounding the Lee Monument received between Jan. 1, 2019 and the time this request is processed.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

As stated in a previous email, I'm interpreting this response as a denial of records. I am a citizen of Virginia and I expect this request to be processed accordingly, which means I would like DGS to send to me any comments or testimony received that was not logged into this townhall system.
