Mr. Nash,

This email is in response to your FOIA request.

The VDOE is unable to provide the records that your are seeking because
those records were never created.

Information technology systems in individual school divisions are not
maintained or governed by the Virginia Department of Education. These are
considered local operations under local control. While the VDOE may hear of
these attacks and have programming (newsletters and webinars) addressing IT
security, the VDOE does not maintain a log of these attack.
