GRTC Pulse Fare Collection & Enforcement Costs

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

*the total monthly costs for fare collection on the GRTC Pulse line, including maintenance of fare collection boxes and related technology
*the monthly costs of fare collection enforcement including staffing and marketing
*the monthly costs born by GRTC or by the city of Richmond of any subsidized ridership, including VCU and RPS
*The monthly earnings of GRTC's Pulse line

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
