Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
FOIA logs for years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This will acknowledge receipt of your Virginia Freedom of Information Act
request dated October 1, 2020, which was received by the Virginia
Department of Health (VDH) on October 1, 2020.
Because of the time required to search for and copy the records requested,
it is not practically possible for VDH to respond to your request within
five working days of receipt of the request. Therefore, pursuant to §
2.2-3704(B)(4) of the Code of Virginia, VDH is invoking a seven work day
extension allowed by that section of the Code. VDH’s deadline for
responding to your request is now October 20, 2020.

Just a point of clarification. In the document provided, all the dates appear to be in 2016, but there don’t appear to be any other years included. Is this because VDH no longer tracks public records requests?
