Dear Shawn:

FYI, we use Gmail (since 2011) and ran searches using All Mail and the
To/From filters for any emails To/From "@charlottesville.gov" as you
requested. Ashley does not have any responsive records on her account. On
my agernhardt@dls.virginia.gov account, I have four emails from Todd Divers
(Commissioner of Revenue) concerning FOIA training presentations and one to
Sheriff James Brown regarding a training certificate for completing the
local elected officials FOIA course, all this year. I also ran the same
search on the foiacouncil@dls.virginia.gov account and found four
additional emails, three concerning FOIA training and the fourth advising
Commissioner Divers to consult other counsel about Code ยง 58.1-3
(concerning the secrecy of tax records). Please let me know if you would
like me to forward those to you, and if I should use this email address or
a different one to do so.

- Alan
