Good Afternoon Mr. Breen,
I have attached all email correspondence between our events staff and the Sons of Confederate Veterans regarding the events between January, 15, 2021 and January 17, 2021. Most conversations with the organizer has been through phone calls, but they do have an event page: https://leejacksonday.webs.com/eventschedule.htm. You can also find the city council request here: https://lexingtonva.civicweb.net/document/7744/Request%20for%20street%20closure%20by%20Michael%20W.%20Pursle.pdf?handle=390294F2789D4A0BB4F9EB98962D0692
As always please reach out if you need any additional information. The request is free as it did not take much time to put together and hardly any resources. Stay safe and healthy Mr. Breen and happy new year.
Best,
