Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

We would like to submit a public records request related to the following bid: I-66 Active Traffic Management Contract C00098017DB46

Specifically we request;
- The RFP
- Contract and amendments with awarded bidder

- All submissions from all vendors, which may include but not limited to, a vendor's standard literature, catalog information, sample specifications, qualifications of the firm and previously completed projects
- Evaluation forms for all technical and cost proposals, including evaluation summaries and scoring sheets
- Oral presentation materials and transcripts submitted by all vendors 
- References submitted by all vendors

- Award letter

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Information (FOIA) request relating to I-66 Active Traffic Management
Contract C00098017DB46 . Please be advised section 2.2-3704 (A) of the *Code
of Virginia* grants rights of access to public records to citizens of the
Commonwealth. Since you are a citizen outside of the Commonwealth, we are
denying your request for records. If you have a
valid Virginia mailing address, please provide that information so that we
may proceed with your request.

For your reference, I am providing you a copy of section 2.2-3704 (A) of
the *Code of Virginia* below.

*CODE OF VIRGINIA*

*§ 2.2-3704. Public records to be open to inspection; procedure for
requesting records and responding to request; charges; transfer of records
for storage, etc.*

*A. Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, all public records
shall be open to citizens of the Commonwealth, representatives of
newspapers and magazines with circulation in the Commonwealth, and
representatives of radio and television stations broadcasting in or into
the Commonwealth during the regular office hours of the custodian of such
records. Access to such records shall be provided by the custodian in
accordance with this chapter by inspection or by providing copies of the
requested records, at the option of the requester. The custodian may
require the requester to provide his name and legal address. The custodian
of such records shall take all necessary precautions for their preservation
and safekeeping.*
