A complete copy of all documents submitted to the Department on or after Sept. 15, 2019 resulting from the contract for "Consulting Services for an Ecological Responsible and Pollinator-Smart Virginia Solar Industry."
Documents to include, but should not be limited to:
- Scorecards
- Manuals
- Guidance
- Best practices
- Business plan
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hi Diana,
VHB was selected as the lead contractor for the Pollinator-Smart Solar work. The company's contract stipulated that they would provide several materials on or before Oct. 1, 2019.
The documents they submitted include, but may not be limited to:
- Scorecards
- Manuals
- Guidance
- Best practices
- Business plan

Good afternoon,
I am the FOIA officer for the agency. We had an internal miscommunication
with one of our staff members, and the no records response was in error; we
truly apologize for this error.
Currently, our agency is in collaboration with another state agency to
draft the official agency review of the project. We anticipate that this
will be completed by the beginning of November. Would your company be so
kind as to await the release of the official agency review? However, if you
are unable to wait until the beginning of November we will definitely honor
your request and provide the records that you have requested.
