Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All Digital & Multimedia Evidence submission supplements (242-F108 DME Submission Supplement) received during the period of September 1st, 2020 - September 30th, 2020 (inclusive). If possible, could you please specify which agency submitted each form?

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Virginia Department of Forensic Science (DFS) has received your request
under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (Virginia Code §§ 2.2-3700*
et seq*.) for "[a]ll Digital & Multimedia Evidence submission supplements
(242-F108 DME Submission Supplement) received during the period of
September 1st, 2020 - September 30th, 2020 (inclusive)." The Department
has approximately 16 pages of responsive documents that it considers case
file documentation, which is exempt from mandatory disclosure as "criminal
investigative files" under Virginia Code § 2.2-3706(B)(1). I must
respectfully decline your request.

I can provide you with the jurisdictions that submitted DME evidence during
the requested time period. DFS received submissions from the following
jurisdictions from September 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020:

Page County
Hampton (4 cases)
