Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Body camera footage from officer Danny Robinson’s Body camera on 12/5/2018 between 4:25pm and 5:00pm. Footage is for an incident of detainment by Officer Allen Buzzard. at the location of 15th Chestnut ave Buena Vista, VA. I also request any corresponding documents/information pertaining to this incident including communications about the incident, including correspondence between this request or and the commonwealth attorney at that time, Chris Russell.
In addition I am requesting body camera footage from the female officer’s, Morgan, camera on 12/7/2018 between the hours of 8:30am-11am while she and officer Buzzard frequented a local establishment (Kenney’s). Specifically I request the footage which reflects Officer Buzzard requesting an employee “set Tracey up for me.”
Lastly, I request all UAV flight plans and recordings from Officer Buzzard’s UAV for the time period of 12/1/18-12/31/18 when he flew his UAV on or near the property of 1643 Walnut ave Buena Vista Va.
This request was initially made two separate times to then foia Officer for Buena Vista City, former commonwealth attorney Chris Russell with no response and recently an additional request was made to the new foia Officer for Buena Vista, Dawn Wheeler and current commonwealth attorney Josh Elrod. Mrs. Wheeler advised that a request needed to be made to VSP and Mr. Elrod did not reply.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Commonwealth, its agencies and political subdivisions are governed by
the *Virginia
Freedom of Information Act* (FOIA), §§ 2.2-3700 *et. seq.* of the *Code of
Virginia*.

Pursuant to Virginia Code § 2.2-3704(B)(3), the requested records could not
be found or do not exist in the Department's investigative files. The
Department only houses police incident reports for cases it has
investigated, not those conducted by other agencies. Any incident report
will need to be obtained from the agency that investigated. We suggest you
