Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

Please release your use of force training manual and directives that you give all new and veteran police department employees.
Please release any communications you had with Cumberland County, the City of Vineland, and private contractors discussing strategy for handling press regarding the Phillip White incident.
Please release your manual for use of force involving K-9 officers.
Please release all materials you collected from social media monitoring of Phillip White reactions.
Please release any emails mentioning "Melissa Byrne" or 'Melissa" or "@mcbyrne".
Please release any emails discussing protests in Vineland.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
