Police Report for Vandalism at Ben Carson Property

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the police report, generated by the Town of Vienna Police Department, concerning a recent vandalism incident that took place at or near the following address:

1761 Brookside Ln
Vienna, VA 22182

The incident was described by the owners of the property, Ben and Candy Carson, in a recent post on Facebook:

According to media reports, the Carsons purchased the property on January 25, 2017, which means the incident likely took place sometime between late January and August of this year. This should help in the effort to locate the requested police report in the Police Department’s records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
