Pursuant to the Vermont public records law (1 V.S.A. §§ 315-320), I hereby request the following records:

This request is specifically requesting any recorded list or records associated with the Vermont State Police which involve the request to be included in or application for reception of federal funds, federally financed technologies, federal training programs. Basically any applications submitted to any federal agency that requests training,inclusion of federal funds or matching funds for programs used or planned to be used in the future by the Vermont State Police. This request should be considered specific in that it is requesting all applications from any faction,task force or group of employees associated with the Vermont State Police.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello Heidi,

Can you point me in the direction of a place where raw data sets are kept for the VSP and other state agencies?? Is there a tallying system? A measuring system or a place where all non personally identifying factors of an individual case basis end up aggregated into raw numbers based on let say for example arrests for possession of narcotics by Vermont state police or interactions with rural Vermonters over city residents. Do these datasets exist? Is there a specific place to find policing and enforcement related data about the VSP and other law enforcement agencies in Vermont ? Thanks
