UAV - UAS - DRONE USE - VSP

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Vermont public records law (1 V.S.A. §§ 315-320), I hereby request the following records:

Copies of documents related to the application and status of the application to operate unmanned aerial vehicles otherwise referred to by the FAA as UAV or UAS submitted to any federal agencies,state authorities and any regulatory authorities in the past 3 calendar years. This request applies to any and all federal grants,Block grants or state and federal funds applications that have been submitted by the VSP in order to purchase,operate and deploy actively in the airspace over Vermont. Any unmanned UAV,UAS or equivalent equipment which may also be referred to as drones.

This request also aims to obtain any and all information on related use,times and deployments of above named technology in the state of Vermont within the same time frame (3 calendar years) or Jan. 25.2017 through jan 25. 2014.

This request should include all divisions and factions related to the state level law enforcement task forces associated with the VSP (Vermont State Police) including any special investigative units that may utilize these technologies.

Just wondering whether or not this includes the application for federal funds by the VSP for drone training.tech,purchase or deployment of said technologies?
