I received your request for records asking for documentation on the Second Vermont Republic movement and the threat it poses. After searching our files and consulting with agency heads I have found no records that match the scope of your request, therefore we certify in writing the records do not exist, pursuant to 1 V.S.A. § 318(a)(4).
