Propy contracts, policies, and documentation

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I am looking for official documentation regarding ACCD's relationship with Propy, a California-based real estate and "blockchain" startup.

Specifically, I am requesting:
1) Contracts, memoranda, or agreements with Propy.
2) Any policies on file regarding the use of the Propy system.
3) Technical or information technology documentation regarding Propy's land records system.
4) Any marketing or sales materials provided by Propy.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thanks for your help on the previous request. I'm just following up on this request for MOU/documentation relating to Propy, to make sure you received it from Secretary Schirling.

PS, Please respond to the @muckrock.com email address; I will be in receipt of your responses there. (MuckRock is a third-party FOIA tracking system that I prefer to use.) I'll make sure ACCD's contact email in the MuckRock system points to you.

Thanks for helping me with the ACCD emails regarding Propy a few weeks ago. I hope that you received the check I placed in the mail.

I wanted to make sure you've been in receipt of my other request (attached below), regarding any MOU, documentation, etc. concerning Propy.

Can you confirm whether you've received the request, and whether such records exist at ACCD?

so, basically, any official or unofficial documents regarding Propy that ACCD might have on hand. I found your response to my earlier request (for emails) quite helpful, and I'm not necessarily looking for more of those, especially if there are fees.
