Dear Mr. Delaware,

I am writing regarding your public records request, received December 17, 2018 and addressed to the Vermont State Police PRA Office, regarding:

Any and all case files, information, data, photos, investigative notes, logs, presentations, communications, written notes, documentation, documents, official emails, any and all public outreach media or print media and officer identification information associated with the February 1991 disappearance of Heide Dawn Wilbur.

Because of "the need to search for and collect the requested records from field facilities...that are separate from the office processing the request," the ten business day extension is invoked to process your request. See 1 V.S.A. § 318(b)(5)(A).

Depending on the amount of records requiring review, we may need additional time beyond the ten days. If this circumstance arises, we will notify you as soon as possible.
