Any email, sent or received by any employee of this agency between January 1, 2019 and the date on which this request is processed, which includes any mention of "Identity Evropa" and/or "Identity Europa".
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have compiled the records in the custody of the Vermont Intelligence Center, a Division of the Vermont Department of Public Safety, that fall within the scope of your request. We are continuing to consult with separate agencies having a substantial interest in the determination of the request. See 1 V.S.A. § 318(b)(5)(C).

Please find attached records in Department of Public Safety custody which fall within the scope of your request, and which are not exempt from release. We have redacted a personal telephone number under the Vermont Public Records Act ("PRA") exemption found at 1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(7), concerning "[p]ersonal documents relating to an individual."
We have also withheld records which fall within the scope of your request, but which are exempt from release under the PRA exemption found at 1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(2), relating to "[r]ecords which by law may only be disclosed to specifically designated people."
