In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have redacted a personal telephone number under the Vermont Public Records Act ("PRA") exemption found at 1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(7), concerning "[p]ersonal documents relating to an individual."

We have also withheld records which fall within the scope of your request, but which are exempt from release under the PRA exemption found at 1 V.S.A. § 317(c)(2), relating to "[r]ecords which by law may only be disclosed to specifically designated people."
