The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

a. Provided contract #’s 11660 & 19863 between the AHS/Department of Corrections and the Corrections Corporation of America.
2. GEO Group, Inc. (https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:GEO)
a. Provided contract #29062 between the AHS/Department of Corrections and the GEO Group, Inc.
3. Management and Training Corporation, also referred to as MTC
a. A search was done and no contracts could be found between the Vermont Department of Corrections and Management and Training Corporation. I certify that the record requested does not exist by the name given or by any other name known to the Department.
4. JPay, Inc.
a. Provided contract #25448 between the State of Vermont Building and General Services and JPay, Inc.
