Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All email correspondence with Gov. Phil Scott, his Chief of Staff Jason Gibbs and other gubernatorial staffers with officials from Lockheed Martin between Jan. 20 2017 and present day.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Jasper - We have received your request for all email correspondence with Gov. Phil Scott, his Chief of Staff Jason Gibbs and other gubernatorial staffers with officials from Lockheed Martin between Jan. 20 2017 and present day.
To date we have found no records responsive to your request.
We have had three employees leave the office in the timeframe you have given us, and we will need to extend the response date to no later than June 20, 2018 in accordance with 1 VSA 318(a)(5)(A) due to the need to recover the requested records from our Agency of Digital Services.
