Pursuant to the Vermont Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) The most recent of any regularly issued report created by or provided to your department documenting fees for community supervision collected by your staff or by any other entity tasked with performing collections for your agency
2) The most recent of any regularly issued report created by or provided to your department documenting unpaid fees for community supervision owed to your department.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

1) Is this report created annually?
2) Is it created for any particular recipient (i.e. the legislature or treasurer) ?
3) can you confirm there are no additional responsive records forthcoming and I should consider this request closed?

Good morning Emily,
1. This is created monthly to show the new debt that was assessed (monthly process) and the collections of debt from the previous month. There is a complete book saved for each FY.
2. This is an internal document, we only send to Field Services Director/Ops Manager and financial staff.
The document sent as part of your original request should complete your request and you will not receive any additional documents from DOC; consider the request closed. If you are looking for additional documentation you will need to submit another records request.
