Pursuant to the Vermont public records law (1 V.S.A. §§ 315-320), I hereby request the following records:

All electronic communications between Jonathan Burns, senior manager of public affairs for Corrections Corporation of America, and the Vermont Department of Corrections

This request is being made as part of a journalistic investigation. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
