Dear Mr. Craven,

I write in response to your public records act request dated September 16, 2015. The Governor's cabinet has met on the dates listed in the attached.

The people listed have served as members of the Governor's cabinet since Governor Shumlin took office; each person was invited to each of the attached cabinet meetings during their service as a cabinet member.

Please be aware we do not have a list of attendees specific to each cabinet meeting. Please also be aware the Governor has extended cabinet meetings to which a longer list of people (e.g., all Secretaries, Commissioners, and Deputies) are invited. The Lieutenant Governor is also invited to extended cabinet meetings.

We hope this information is helpful to you.

Sincerely,

Sarah London
Counsel to the Governor
