The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am in receipt of your public request dated August 17, 2016. As Director of the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, I serve as custodian of the Department of Buildings and General Services' contracting records. I don't understand the nature of your request. We don't hold records of subcontractors that Dubois may have held. If you can clarify your request, if appropriate, it would be appreciated.

The request is looking for documents showing Dubois making requests for subcontracts on jobs. In AOT records with Dubois there is documentation of when the company requests that certain work and services are subcontracted out to another company. Looking for all instances when Dubois made requests for subcontractors when under contract with your agency. Sort of hard to describe in text, haha.
