Check registers

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- check registers maintained by the VCSO for the past five fiscal years and the current fiscal year to date. So, fiscal years 2015/16, 16/17, 17/18, 18/19, 19/20, and fiscal year 2020/21 to date. For the current fiscal year to date, please use the date of record-filling (ie. the date in the future on which your team fills my request) rather than the date of request (ie. 8/23/20, the date on which I sent this email)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request and provide for a means to pay those charges electronically. I would prefer the request filled electronically in the form of an .xlsx or .csv file, by e-mail attachment if available or via WeTransfer or USB stick if not.
